Toowoomba Acupuncturist Discusses Mysterious Chinese Triple Heater (aka San Jiao Organ) Responsible for Communication Throughout the Entire Body and Beyond, and How the San Jiao Organ Relates to Tai Chi

Chinese Triple Heater Organ Responsible for Communication Throughout the Entire Body and Beyond

As a Doctor of Chinese Medicine, I am sorry that I have not previously taken the time to engage in the delightful art form of Tai Chi. While my wife Linda and I have only recently started our journey along the Tai Chi Highway, we love it very much and feel more energized and empowered after each session. As an Acupuncturist, I encourage all of my clients to appreciate the gifts of Nature provided by the Creator. One such gift is an organ system that most individuals do not even realise that they possess – the San Jiao aka Triple Heater or Triple Energizer Organ, which produces all of our body fluids and all of our energy forms. Even in China the San Jiao is still surrounded in mystery, and has numerous names, just to make the matter more mysterious. Ancient Chinese medical classics taught that the San Jiao Organ is the major communication network within our body, even more-so that the Nervous System.

Regarding how the Triple Heater ensures free communication and circulation throughout the entire body, the famous ancient Chinese physician Hua Tuo, stated, ‘When the Triple Heater ensures free communication, then there is free communication internally and externally, left and right, above and below. The whole body is irrigated, harmonized internally and regulated externally, nourished by the left, and maintained by the right, directed from above, propagated from below. There is nothing greater!’

Ancient Chinese physicians believed that when we are in optimal health, the Triple Heater or San Jiao Organ communicates within the entire body and also communicates with the external biosphere, such that we are one with Nature or the Tao. San Jiao also processes all of the foods and drinks we consume, allowing the individual components to become “myself”. Having a belly full of high quality “real food” bounding with trace elements and nutrients derived from the earth, structured pure water and vibrant biophotons from the sun, would surely allow every element of our physical, emotional and spiritual being to be in complete harmony internally, and with the biosphere externally.

What significance does this have with Tai Chi?, you may well ask

Performing Tai Chi allows us to zone out from our daily problems, and connect with an abundance of inner peace and tranquillity that the Creator and Nature (the Tao) can provide. The Triple Heater acupuncture meridian commences at the tip of the fourth finger of each hand and flows up our arm, over our shoulder, up our neck behind our ear to finish at our lateral eye brow. At the conclusion of the “Single Whip” move, the position of the right hand causes the Triple Heater meridian to be stretched to a maximum degree, causing life-giving Yuan Qi to flow along the San Jiao meridian to the periphery. This position feels good to me. I also love performing the stance “White Stork Spreads Wings”. It makes me feel liberated, and it looks pretty, too. I believe this stance embellishes all that the Triple Energizer (San Jiao) stands for, as per when Hua Tuo, stated above, ‘When the Triple Heater ensures free communication, then there is free communication internally and externally, left and right, above and below. The whole body is irrigated, harmonized internally and regulated externally, nourished by the left, and maintained by the right, directed from above, propagated from below. There is nothing greater!’

I have recently had my book published by Xlibris Press. It covers numerous aspects of human health and wellbeing and includes information on three newly discovered organs.

Ancient Chinese Physicians Considered the San Jiao Organ was the Largest Organ in the Body

Ancient Chinese scholars believed that the San Jiao Organ was the largest Fu organ in the body. They further believed the Sanjiao was a literal organ that was located inside the body but outside the other Zangfu, that is, outside all of the other 11 organs. Due to this configuration, the Sanjiao has no defined morphology, and was thus known to have “no form” because it took on the form of the surrounding organs. I believe that the ‘formless’ San Jiao Organ complex described by ancient Chinese sages is actually the modern Connective Tissue Metasystem (CTM) that is only now being considered an organ in its own right. This exactness of these two organ complexes is only the very beginning of the similarities between the ancient TCM Sanjiao Organ and the modern understudied and under-appreciated organ-complex called the Connective-Tissue Metasystem.

My easy-reading informative book is essential for anyone wanting to know all about the functionality and location of the Sanjiao (aka San Jiao, Triple Warmer, Triple Heater), and the nature and properties of the Connective-Tissue Metasystem (CTM), which I believe are one-and-the-same. The San Jiao is having a PROFOUND effect on your personal health and well-being, and ironically, you probably know nothing about it.
